CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
WE AIM TO MAKE YOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE SMOOTH AND HASSLE-FREE. PLEASE READ OUR POLICY BELOW :
1) WE OFFER EXCHANGES & RETURNS WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. ONCE YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN QUERY HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY OUR TEAM, A NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT TO YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE PICKED UP BY OUR LOGISTICS PARTNER WITHIN 24-48 HOURS.
2) PICK-UP WILL BE ATTEMPTED TWICE. IF THE COURIER PARTNER IS UNABLE TO PICK UP THE SHIPMENT, YOU WILL HAVE TO SEND THE SHIPMENT BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE ADDRESS.
3) PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED AT THE WAREHOUSE, IT WILL GO THROUGH A QUALITY CHECK AND ONCE APPROVED, YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN QUERY WILL BE PROCESSED FURTHER.
4) ESTIMATED DELIVERY OF ALL EXCHANGE QUERIES FALL BETWEEN 7-10 WORKING DAYS.
5) IF THE REQUESTED EXCHANGE (E.G., FOR SIZE) IS UNAVAILABLE: YOU WILL BE OFFERED AN ALTERNATIVE PRODUCT, OR ONLY STORE CREDITS ARE ISSUED IN CASE OF REFUNDS.
6) ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE/CLEARANCE CANNOT BE RETURNED. HOWEVER, WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO REPLACE THEM WITH A DIFFERENT SIZE IF YOU NEED A SIZE EXCHANGE.
7) ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION — THIS MEANS THEY SHOULD BE UNWORN, UNUSED, WITH ALL TAGS AND LABELS STILL ATTACHED, AND PACKED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE CONDITIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
8) SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
ORDERS ARE TYPICALLY PROCESSED AND DELIVERED WITHIN 7–10 WORKING DAYS. DELIVERY TIMES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION AND EXTERNAL FACTORS SUCH AS COURIER DELAYS OR REGIONAL HOLIDAYS.

CANCELLATIONS ARE ONLY PERMITTED FOR CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS AND ONLY IF THE ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN DISPATCHED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE. ONCE DISPATCHED, NO CANCELLATION REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. - PREPAID ORDERS:
ALL PREPAID ORDERS ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER ANY CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS FOR PREPAID TRANSACTIONS. PLEASE ENSURE ALL DETAILS ARE CORRECT BEFORE PLACING A PREPAID ORDER. - REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
IN THE RARE CASE A REFUND IS APPROVED, IT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD EQUIVALENT TO THE SELLING/MRP AMOUNT OF THE ITEM(S). THIS GIFT CARD CAN BE USED ON OUR WEBSITE AND IS VALID FOR 6 (SIX) MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE. PLEASE NOTE: - GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR CASH.
